English speaking builder / plumber near Cahors?

Hi
I'm thinking of buying an apartment in Cahors that needs a new kitchen and bathroom, etc. Does anyone know of a good builder preferably English speaking? Will be visiting the apartment next week for a couple of days to decide whether to buy and would have liked some input on the work that needs doing.

I am only up to the signing which will be a week today in the Notaire's office; then I get the keys. I will be in Cahors from 7th to 10th November just trying to assess what needs doing and in what order.

In what way do you think you could help?
