I've just printed off Amanda's recipe which she says is good with roast goose, duck or turkey - well ....... as non meat eaters (wot - in France!) ... we're going to give it a go - it sounds DELICIOUS! Should it be easy to find 'agen prunes'? what about Cahors market?

AND it can be prepared in advance ....... fantastic

It should be extremely easy to find Agen prunes here in the Quercy. Any prunes sold loose in the local markets will be Agen prunes, you can also find them in packets in the supermarkets. Of course if you happen to elsewhere in the world and can't find the real thing - any prune will do!
