Breaking News from Pompadour Racecourse!!
Next Sunday, the 25th July is Picnic Day at the Races with a full card of races in the afternoon.
However this year is different as a mini Marché des Producteurs has been organised to offer their food and drink to picnic-ers. So you can now have a wide choice of food, but can always bring your own if that is what you want to do.
The Producteurs include:
• cruditées and salads,
• meat ( many sorts but not beef!!),
• patisseries,
• ice creams,
• wine at attractive prices,
• etc.
Barbecue-ing facilities will be available for those buying their meat.
So come along and for the traditional atmosphere and then enjoy the horse racing.
